Updating your Poker Nickname

Warning: Please note the following prior to updating your Poker Nickname

• If you change your player name, your past tournament results will not be automatically amalgamated on external Leaderboards.
• Abuse of this feature including choosing offensive Poker Nicknames will result in the removal of your ability to change your Nickname.

1. Launch poker software and click “My Account”.
2. To the right of your Poker Nickname, click “Edit”.
3. Input your new Nickname (5 character min) and submit.
4. If your new nickname is deemed inappropriate, you will receive an email from our Support team to change your name immediately.

Nickname change frequency

Your poker nickname can be changed every 7 days at your discretion.

Reporting nickname abuse

We encourage our players to report any offensive and/or inappropriate poker nicknames to our Support team at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
